1. Sports shoe, in particular running, ski or ice-skating shoe, with a band (4), which is used for holding the foot (5) on the shoe sole (2) and is secured to the shoe sole (2), and which extends over the region (6) of the achilles tendon and runs into the region (7) of the foot instep, characterised in that a single band of this type (4) runs through two rings (3), which are disposed on both sides of the shoe sole (2), across the region of the middle of the foot.

Bei diesem Sportschuh ist zur Halterung des Fußes (5) an der Schuhsohle zumindest ein sowohl über den Bereich (7) des Fußristes als auch über den Bereich (6) der Achillessehne spannbares, flexibles, vorzugsweise bandförmiges Organ (4) vorgesehen, das - etwa im Bereich der Wölbung der Fußsohle (9) - gleitend durch zwei beidseits an der Schuhsohle bzw. einem im Schuhsohlenbereich vorgesehenen Füllkörpers (2) angeordnete Bügel (3) geführt ist und sich somit von dieser Stelle ausgehend schräg einerseits über den Ristbereich (7), anderseits über den Bereich (6) der Achillessehne erstreckt. Die Spannung dieses flexiblen Organes (4) ist mittels einer, vorzugsweise außen am Schuhoberteil, vorzugsweise im Bereich (7) des Fußristes angeordneten Spannvorrichtung (8) stufenlos regelbar.
