[origin: WO8200432A1] The puncher (2) comprises a disc-shaped carrier (3) provided with protruding punches (5) as well as a disc-shaped counter-carrier (4). The latter is provided with sockets (6) engaged by the punches (5) in a tooth fashion due to the rotation of the carrier (3) and counter-carrier (4). When the paper web (1) moves, holes (7) are punched by the punches (5). Punches (5) are hold by their shank (5a) within sockets (9) which are formed in one piece by a flexible carrier (10). The sockets (9) are secured within bores (8) in the carrier (3). Worn punches (5) are replaced in a single manner by removing the carrier (10) with the punches (5) and by bringing in a new carrier (10) with punches (5) within the bores (8) of carrier (3).

La poinconneuse (2) presente un support (3) en forme de disque muni de poincons (5) saillants ainsi qu'un contre-support (4) en forme de disque. Ce dernier est muni de douilles (6), dans lesquelles s'engrenent comme des dents les poincons (5) par la rotation du support (3) et du contre-support (4). Par le defilement de la bande de papier (1) des trous (7) seront perces par les poincons (5). Les poincons (5) sont maintenus par leur tige (5a) dans des douilles (9), lesquelles sont formees d'une piece par un support flexible (10). Les douilles (9) sont fixees dans des alesages (8) dans le support (3). Le remplacement des poincons uses (5) se fait d'une maniere simple par enlevement du support (10) avec les poincons (5) et par introduction d'un nouveau support (10) avec des poincons (5) dans les alesages (8) du support (3).
