Abstract (en)
Method uses circular loom. Each leno warp thread (Y2) passes from a guide (45) to a gage ring (46) via an eye (41a) in the top of a spring-loaded skeleton heald (39) whose legs respectively pass through the eyes (37a,38a) of inner and outer standard healds (37,38) that are oppositely movable up and down. The ground warp thread (Y1) goes from the guide (45), between the skeleton heald and the inner and outer standard healds, through a pair of rods (47) fixed to guides (15,16) for shuttles (13), optionally under a roll (14), and then to the gage ring. Ground warp threads only move around the tops of skeleton healds, from and to a generally straight-line position, warp thread intertwining being effected mainly by leno warp movement. Process is for weaving bags for vegetables in a loom, as in e.g. US3961648.

Plusieurs batis de lames de harnais ont une disposition circulaire en deux rangees, chaque bati de lame de harnais d'une rangee interieure est verrouille avec un bati d'une rangee exterieure et forme avec ce dernier une paire. Une paire de batis de lames de harnais supportent des lames de harnais standard (37,38) pour une chaine de gaze (Y2) une lame de harnais d'ossature (39) est associee a la paire de lames de harnais standard (37, 38) et est pourvue d'un oeil (41a) pour guider la chaine de gaze (Y2). Une chaine de fond (Y1) est maintenue sensiblement dans un etat immobile, la chaine de gaze (Y2) est soulevee et une ouverture est amenagee d'un cote de la chaine de fond (Y1), puis elle passe sous la chaine de fond (Y1) a l'ouverture suivante, puis elle est soulevee et ouverte, et ainsi un tissu cylindrique a armure gaze est tisse.
