To achieve uniform material flow from the outlet without high expense for mechanical devices with the smallest possible structural dimensions, even for bulk materials with poor ability to flow, according to the invention, the support (7) with the gas-permeable lining (9) attached to it is designed at least partly as a valve element (5) for the container outlet (3), and that the valve element (5) is movable while clearing the container outlet (3) at least partially. For example, when materials are batched with the new device from containers into subsequent containers, it is possible to empty scales in batches in the case of negative weighing, and a satisfactory transition from batchwise emptying of a container to a continuous material flow is guaranteed.

Vorgesehen ist eine Vorrichtung zum steuerbaren Abziehen von Schüttgütern aus Behältern mit einem unter dem Behälterauslaß angeordneten, auf einem Träger befestigten, dem Füllgut zugekehrten, gasdurchlässigen Belag, einem an dem Träger angebrachten Gasanschluß und mit einer Verschlußeinrichtung. Zur Schaffung einer Vorrichtung dieser Art, um einen gleichmäßigen Materialstrom ohne großen maschinentechnischen Aufwand auch für schlecht fließfähige Schüttgüter mit möglichst kleinen Baumaßen zu schaffen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Träger (7) mit dem darauf befestigten gasdurchlässigen Belag (9) mindestens teilweise als Verschlußteil (5) des Behälterauslasses (3) ausgebildet ist und das Verschlußteil (5) unter mindestens teilweiser Freigabe des Behälterauslasses (3) bewegbar ist. Mit der neuen Vorrichtung werden Stoffe aus Behältern in nachgeschaltete Behälter dosiert, z.B. kann beim negativen Verwiegen eine Waage dosierend entleert werden, und es wird ein einwandfreier Übergang von einer chargenweisen Entleerung eines Behälters in einen kontinuierlichen Förderstrom gewährleistet.
