Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0057398A2] 1. Process for the after-treatment of dyed keratin-containing fibre materials which have an anti-felting finish, using aqueous liquors, characterised in that the liquors contain polyethers which are obtained by condensation of N-2-hydroxyalkylamines of the formula see diagramm : EP0057398,P8,F4 in which R1 and R2 independently of one another denote hydrogen or a C1 -C4 -alkyl radical and R denotes a C1 -C15 -alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl radical, or one of the hydroxyalkyl groups see diagramm : EP0057398,P8,F5 or see diagramm : EP0057398,P8,F6 with the proviso that the quantity of N-2-hydroxyalkylamines in which R represents a hydroxyalkyl group is not more than 20 per cent by weight of the hydroxyalkylamines employed, if appropriate by co-condensation with polyols of the formula A(OH)n in which A denotes a 2-valent, 3-valent or 4-valent aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic radical, and n is a number from 2 to 4, and, if appropriate, by quaternisation.
