[origin: ES8305240A1] Some self-supporting screens for closing the mold head, some self-supporting separating screens, group positioning devices and group tensioning devices, are used. A series of novel installations for the shock heat treatment, stripping and removal of the products enables by combination with the foregoing means, improvement with respect to known processes, on the one hand of the manufacturing process and on the other hand enables stripping to be brought forward.

Méthode selon laquelle on utilise des ecrans de têtes mobiles et autoportants (Et) pour la fermeture des moules (m) aux deux extrémités et pour l'ancrage des armatures (a); on réalise le démoulage des produits avec transfert des efforts de précontrainte aux écrans de tête, puis lorsque le béton a acquis une résistance supplémentaire par rapport à celle existant au moment du démoulage, on réalise le transfert des efforts de précontrainte au béton par adhérence et on récupère les écrans autoportants (Et).
