The invention relates to a relay contact spring with a flat characteristic. In cases in which the switching force exercised by the armature of a small relay is relatively small, but, on the other hand, a particularly high responsiveness, in conjunction with reliable switch operation, is required, a relay contact spring with a particularly flat characteristic is required. The invention is based on the object of specifying a simple measure by means of which a relay contact spring can be provided with a flat spring characteristic which also ensures that, after the contact has completed closing, a geometric lock securing the closure of the contact can be implemented even with a small exciter current. According to the invention this object is achieved by means of a cut-out, arranged in the region of the contact rivet and designed such that only a narrow frame remains there on the upper lateral web of which the point of application of the operating force P is located. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Relais-Kontaktfeder mit flacher Kennlinie. In den Fällen, in denen die von dem Anker eines Kleinrelais ausgeübte Schaltkraft verhältnismäßig gering ist, andererseits jedoch eine besonders hohe Ansprechempfindlichkeit, verbunden mit sicherem Durchschalten erforderlich ist, benötigt man eine Relais-Kontaktfeder mit besonders flacher Kennlinie. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine einfache Maßnahme anzugeben, mittels derer es gelingt, einer Relais-Kontaktfeder eine flache Federkennlinie zu verleihen, die noch dazu gewährleistet, daß nach erfolgtem Schließen des Kontaktes ein die Kontaktgabe sichernder Überhub auch bei geringem Erregerstrom durchgeführt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch eine im Bereich des Kontaktnietes angeordnete und so ausgebildete Ausnehmung erreicht, daß dort nur ein schmaler Rahmen verbleibt, an dessen oberen Quersteg der Angriff der Betätigungskraft P liegt.
