Abstract (en)
The injection pump (1) for internal combustion engines, particularly diesel engines, exhibits a pump piston (8) which can be rotated about its axis during operation, in which arrangement the delivery volume of the injection pump (1) is adjusted by rotating the pump piston (8). A cylinder bore (6), in which a bypass piston (4) is carried, is connected to the working space (7) of the pump piston (8). The bypass piston (4) can be moved in opposition to the force of a spring (9) over a distance limited by a stop (10), the travel of the bypass piston (4) determining the time of injection. To damp the return stroke of the bypass piston (4) after such a bypass stroke up to the stop (10), a damping member (12) is provided. (Figure 4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Einspritzpumpe (1) für Einspritzbrennkraftmaschinen, insbesondere Dieselmotoren, weist einen Pumpenkolben (8) auf, welcher während des Betriebes um seine Achse verdrehbar ist, wobei durch Verdrehung des Pumpenkolbens (8) die Fördermenge der Einspritzpumpe (1) verstellt wird. An den Arbeitsraum (7) des Pumpenkolbens (8) schliesst eine Zylinderbohrung (6) an, in welcher ein Ausweichkolben (4) geführt ist. Der Ausweichkolben (4) ist entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (9) über einen durch einen Anschlag (10) begrenzten Weg bewegbar, wobei der Weg des Ausweichkolbens (4) den Zeitpunkt der Einspritzung bestimmt. Zur Dämpfung der Rückhubes des Ausweichkolbens (4) nach einem derartigen Ausweichhub bis zum Anschlag (10) ist ein Dämpfungslied (12) vorgesehen.
