1. Window or door with a window frame and a casement frame with a built-in sliding ventilator (1), at least one of the cross-members (6) of the window and/or casement frame (7) being constructed as a housing or the like for the sliding ventilator and being traversed by a ventilating duct transversely of the window or door plane, characterised in that, to avoid reduction of the glazed area or widening of the frame cross-members, a glass-retaining strip (2) is constructed as the basic member of the sliding ventilator (1) and is of substantially the same dimensions as the other glass retaining strips of the window or door frame and in that for air exchange a clearance is left between the top end of the pane (3) and the inside face of the adjacent cross-member element (6), the slide (11) being flat, as is the slide guide in the glass retaining strip.

Abstract (de)

Unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Energieeinsparung werden Penster und Türen immer luftdichter ausgebildet. Dies führt vielfach zu einem Sauerstoffmangel in dem betreffenden Raum. Infolgedessen ist es notwendig, den Raum zumindest von Zeit zu Zeit zu belüften. Wenn man das Fenster oder die Tür zu diesem Zweck nicht öffnen will, so bleibt nur der Einbau einer Schieberlüftung. Herkömmliche Schieberlüftungen sind verhältnismäßig breit, und sie führen aufgrund ihrer Konstruktion oder Einbauweise zu einer Reduzierung der an sich bei einer bestimmten Mauer- oder Wandöffnung möglichen Glasfläche. Um die Belüftung des mit dem Fenster oder der Tür ausgestatteten Raumes mittels einer Schieberlüftung (1, 38, 80, 115, 136) zu ermöglichen, ohne die Glasfläche zu reduzieren, wird vorgeschlagen, daß wenigstens ein Teil mindestens eines der Holme (6, 35, 36, 92, 104, 121, 122) des Blend- und/oder Flügelrahmens, (7, 8, 37, 40, 79, 94, 101, 102, 118, 120) als Gehäuse oder Grundkörper der Schieberlüftung ausgebildet ist.
