1. Shoe comprising a part (1) which surrounds the foot at least partially and holds it in position, an insole, a sole (2), between the insole and the sole, a filling between the foot and the sole, an elastic cambering insert (20) in the form of a helix enabling the sole of the foot to be blocked inside the shoe, the rear part (21) of the insert being raised towards the inside of the shoe and the front part (22) of the insert being raised towards the outside of the shoe, characterized in that a difference in level is provided between the antero-internal part (20d) and the postero-external part (20e) of the insert, in order to improve propulsion of the foot.

La chaussure comprend une première, une semelle, un remplissage entre les deux et un cambrion élastique (20) en forme d'hélice dans le remplissage. La partie postérieure (21) du cambrion est relevée vers l'intérieur et sa partie antérieure (22) est relevée vers l'extérieur. La partie antéro-interne (20d) et la partie postéro-externe (20e) du cambrion ne sont pas au même niveau. Le cambrion joue un rôle de levier (20d-20e) qui améliore la propulsion du pied.
