The installation comprises a device ensuring priority for the heating of sanitary water when the temperature of this is below a threshold @m and priority for heating the heating body when the temperature of the sanitary water is above a threshold @M. An ambient thermostat (TA) determines, between these thresholds, the distribution of heat emission to the heating bodies (14) and to the circuit (15) for heating the sanitary water, in order to direct at least some of the heat emission to the heating bodies (14) solely in response to a heating demand formed by the ambient thermostat. <IMAGE>

L'installation comprend un dispositif assurant la priorité au réchauffage d'eau sanitaire lorsque la température de celle-ci est inférieure à un seuil ⊖m, et la priorité au réchauffage de corps de chauffe lorsque la température de l'eau sanitaire est supérieure à un seuil ⊖M. Un thermostat d'ambiance (TA) détermine, entre les seuils ⊖m et ⊖M, la répartition de l'émission calorifique vers les corps de chauffe (14) et vers le circuit (15) de réchauffage de l'eau sanitaire pour diriger au moins une partie de l'émission calorifique vers les corps de chauffe (14) uniquement en réponse à une demande de chauffage traduite par le thermostat d'ambiance.
