Abstract (en)
Doormat-rug formed in order to receive, on the one hand, a block of an absorbent material and, on the other hand, a cartridge of disinfectant, it being possible for the assembly to be covered by a rug or by a fitted carpet. A person walking over the said rug therefore promotes diffusion of the disinfectant through the absorbent material by means of capillary action. The idea of disinfection can be extended to radioactive decontamination, to a medical treatment or to an antiparasite treatment for animals. <IMAGE>

Tapis essuie-pieds conforme pour recevoir; d'une part un bloc d'une matière absorbante et d'autre part une cartouche de produit de désinfection; l'ensemble pouvant être recouvert d'un tapis ou d'une moquette. Le passage d'un individu sur ledit tapis favorise alors la diffusion du produit désinfectant par capillarité à travers la matieré absorbante. La notion de désinfection peut être étendue à une décontamination radioactive, à un traitement médicale ou à un traitement antiparasitaire pour les animaux.
