In a device for limiting the entrainment of treatment fluids (2, 3) by sheet- or strip-like materials (1) during the chemical treatment thereof in processing tanks (I, II), two tubular rollers (4) of a porous material are provided, the topside and underside of the sheet- or strip-like material (1) being brought into contact with the surface of the porous material for extraction of the treatment fluid (2, 3). The tubular porous rollers (4) are connected at the end face to a vacuum generator and to a separator, so that the extracted treatment fluid (2, 3) can be returned into the particular processing tank (I, II).(Figure 1). <IMAGE>

In einer Vorrichtung zur Verminderung der Verschleppung von Behandlungsflüssigkeiten (2,3) durch blatt- oder bandförmige Materialien (1) bei ihrer chemischen Behandlung in Verarbeitungsbehältern (I, II) sind zwei rohrförmige Walzen (4) aus einem porösen Material angeordnet, mit deren Oberläche die Ober- und Unterseite des blatt- oder bandförmigen Materials (1) zur Absaugung der Behandlungsflüssigkeit (2, 3) in Berührung gebracht werden. Die rohrförmigen porösen Walzen (4) sind stirnseitig an einen Unterdruckerzeuger und einen Abscheider angeschlossen, so daß die abgesaugte Behandlungsflüssigkeit (2,3) in den jeweiligen Verarbeitungsbehälter (I, II) zurückgeführt werden kann.
