[origin: WO8201172A1] The device is particularly provided for an easy opening of the lock of a safety belt of a motor vehicle, not only in case of an accident but also for a daily use. A closing tongue fixed to the belt engages a lock notch (14) actuated by an opening mechanism (16) arranged in the casing of the lock (12). A moving element (26) is arranged directly or indirectly ajdacent to the casing of the lock. It is actuatable by a trigger member (30) working on release of the lock notch. The trigger member is fixed to a point of a vehicle remote from the casing of the lock, for example at the vicinity of the door.

Le dispositif est specialement prevu pour l'ouverture facile du verrou d'une ceinture de securite de vehicule a moteur, non seulement en cas d'accident mais aussi pour l'usage quotidien. Une languette de fermeture fixee a la ceinture s'engage dans un cran d'arret (14) actionne par un mecanisme d'ouverture (16) dispose dans le boitier du verrou (12). Un element mobile (26) est agence directement ou indirectement a proximite du boitier du verrou. Il est actionnable par un organe de declenchement (30) agissant par degagement du cran d'arret. L'organe de declenchement est fixe en un point du vehicule eloigne du boitier du verrou, par exemple a proximite de la portiere.
