Abstract (en)
There is arranged in the interior of a large aerosol can (1), filled with a first component and a propellant gas, a small inner aerosol can (7) filled with the pressurised second component. A valve (2) of the large can is connected via a connection part (8) to the small can. An insert piece (15) is screwed into the connection part (8). The valve (2) fulfils three functions. By pressing in the valve shaft (6), propellant gas is allowed into the outer aerosol can (1). By turning the valve, the insert part (15) is screwed downwards and presses onto the non-return valve (12) of the small can (7), by which means its contents is discharged into the large can (1). By tilting the valve shaft (6), the two-component mixture is discharged from the container. The outer can (1) contains, for example, polyurethane, epoxy resin, polyester resin or other lacquers or glues. The inner can (7) is filled with an additive, such as a hardener or catalyst and a pressurised gas. <IMAGE>

Im Innern einer grossen, mit einer ersten Komponente und einem Treibgas gefüllten Aerosoldose (1) ist eine kleine innere, mit der unter Druck stehenden zweiten Komponente gefüllten, Aerosoldose (7) angeordnet. Ein Ventil (2) der grossen Dose ist über einen Verbindungsteil (8) mit der kleinen Dose verbunden. Im Verbindungsteil (8) ist ein Einsatzstück (15) eingeschraubt. Das Ventil (2) erfüllt drei Funktionen. Durch Hineindrücken des Ventilschaftes (6) wird Treibgas in die äussere Aerosoldose (1) eingelassen. Durch Drehen des Ventils wird der Einsatzteil (15) nach unten geschraubt und drückt auf das Rückschlagventil (12) der kleinen Dose (7), wodurch deren Inhalt in die grosse Dose (1) austritt. Durch Kippen des Ventilschaftes (6) tritt das Zweikomponentengemisch aus dem Behälter aus. Die äussere Dose (1) enthält z.B. Polyurethan, Epoxidharz, Polyesterharz oder sonstige Lacke oder Leime. Die innere Dose (7) wird mit einem Zusatzmittel wie z. B. einem Härter oder Katalysator und einem unter Druck stehenden Gas gefüllt.
