Abstract (en)

1. A partially-finished ribbed ceiling element with a grid (3) pre-fabricated from concrete and having bowl-shaped webs (2) formed thereon covering over the openings in the grid in the mounted position of the element, said webs having essentially flat upper surfaces, with reinforcements in the grid (3) protruding upwardly before the application of in situ concrete, especially of a laminar reinforced in situ concrete layer, extending above the flat upper surfaces of the webs (2) by at least 3 cm, the maximum thickness of the element amounting to about 25 cm, characterized in that the grid (3) fills the total interspace between the webs (2) up to their upper surfaces (2a), so that the element (1) has a flat upper surface.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein teilfertiges Rippendeckenelement mit einem aus Beton vorgefertigten Gitterrost und an diesen angeformten, die Gitterrostöffnungen nach oben abdeckenden, im wesentlichen ebene Oberseitenflächen aufweisenden Schalen, mit Bewehrungen im Gitterrost, die vor dem Aufbringen einer die Schalen um wenigstens 3 cm überdeckenden, insbesondere flächig bewehrten, Ortbetonschicht nach oben herausragen. Um eine grössere Stabilität besonders Unterstützungsfreiheit bei der Montage, zu ermöglichen werden die Zwischenräume zwischen den Schalen (2) bis zu deren Oberseitenflächen (2a) von dem Gitterrost (3) ausgefüllt, sodass das Element (1) eine ebene Oberfläche hat.
