[origin: WO8201596A1] A multiple exposure control mechanism for a photographic camera is incorporated in a film magazine having a film advance gear mechanism for driving a film take-up spool in response to rotation of a magazine activating gear in a camera body as the camera shutter is cocked. The film advance gear mechanism includes a main gear (26) driven by the magazine activating gear and carrying a pawl (28) rotatable therewith and movable into and out of engagement with an intermediate gear (30) driving the film take-up spool via a film take-up gear (24), and the multiple exposure control mechanism includes a cam (78) carried on the main gear (26) for controlling the pawl (28) and an actuating button (92) selectively operable to move the cam (78) to position the pawl (28) out of engagement with the intermediate gear (30) and prevent film movement to permit multiple exposures of a film frame.

Un mecanisme de commande de prises de vues multiples pour un appareil photographique est incorpore dans un magasin de film photographique possedant un mecanisme d'engrenage pour l'avancement du film servant a entrainer une bobine d'enroulement de film en reponse a la rotation d'un engrenage d'actionnement du magasin dans le boitier de l'appareil photographique lorsque l'obturateur est arme. Le mecanisme d'engrenage servant a l'avancement du film comprend un engrenage principal (26) entraine par l'engrenage d'actionnement du magasin et sur lequel est fixe un cliquet (28) pouvant tourner avec l'engrenage principal et pouvant s'engager ou se degager d'un engrenage intermediaire (30) entrainant la bobine d'enroulement de film au travers d'un engrenage d'enroulement de film (24), et le mecanisme de commande d'exposition multiple comprend une came (78) fixee sur l'engrenage principal (26) et servant a commander le cliquet (28) et un bouton d'actionnement (92) pouvant etre actionne de maniere selective pour deplacer la came (78) de maniere a degager le cliquet (28) (28) de l'engrenage intermediaire (30) et empecher l'avancement du film pour permettre des prises de vues multiples.
