1. A tool for forming chamfered holes in a perforated metal sheet (11) on a punching machine, having a holding-down clamp (5), in which is guided a punch holder (2), at the end of which is mounted a punch (6, 13, 14) which comprises a shaped portion, in particular tapered, which corresponds to the cross-section of the desired chamfering and a shaping pin adjacent thereto with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the chamfered hole, the shaping pin fitting in the opening of a die (7) disposed on the underside of the metal sheet and the edge of the opening of the holding-down clamp and the edge of the die opening being made squared, characterized in that the punch (6, 13, 14) is mounted on the end of the punch holder (2) by way of a shaft portion, the shaft portion has the same cross-section as the shaped portion (13) at its upper end, the shaft portion is guided in the opening (12) of the holding-down clamp (5) with tight play, and the die (7) is formed with an upward bulge on its side facing the shaft portion.

Zum Herstellen eines Senkloches oder eines Passloches in einem Blech auf einer Stanzmaschine wird zunächst in dem Blech ein Loch ausgestanzt, das für ein Senkloch etwas grösser und für ein Passloch etwas kleiner im Durchmesser ist als das gewünschte Loch, und anschliessend wird mit einem der Form des gewünschten Senk- oder Passloches entsprechenden Prägestempel durch Materialverdrängung das gewünschte Senk- oder Passloch geprägt.
