Hand-lamp of the kind comprising a socket (11) accommodated in a handle (10) comprising a relatively rigid sleeve (13) inside a relatively flexible external casing (14) and a protection cage (12) with a closed collar (15) fitted onto the handle, characterised in that an annular groove (18) provided in the external wall of the casing (14) is fitted inside the collar (15) of smaller diameter prior to locking by means of force-fitting of the sleeve (13) which is frusto-conical in shape inside the flexible casing (14) of complementary conicity, thus ensuring both that the handle (10) is rigid and that the flexible casing (14) is fixed in a non-detachable manner with the protection cage (12), while the socket (11) is mounted in a detachable manner on a front bearing surface (33) provided for this purpose at the end of the said sleeve.
