1. Apparatus for packing groups of flat objects, particularly bag packages (1), in a container (3), comprising a rotor (10) turned stepwise about a vertical axis, a plurality of holders (11) which are disposed at equal distances apart on the rotor, each holding a group of objects, and are moved one after the other to work stations (I to IV), and a stacking and transfer device (20) disposed at a first work station (I) and transferring objects into the holders, characterised in that the holders are in the form of hollow mandrels (11), are aligned with their longitudinal axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor (10) and are open at the bottom, and that at a station (II) following the first station (I) an apparatus (40) for shaping one container (3) at a time around a hollow mandrel (11) is disposed.
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung zum Verpaken von Gruppen von Gegenständen (1), insbesondere Beutelpackungen, in eine Sammelbehälter, soll die Gegenstände so verpacken, daß diese mit gleichmäßig verteiltem Füllgut satt aneinander anliegend im Sammelbehälter eingeordnet sind. Die Vorrichtung hat schrittweise umlaufende Hohldorne (11), in die eine Stapel- und Übergabeeinrichtung (20) jeweils eine Gruppe aufeinandergestapelter Gegenstände einbringt und um die jeweils ein Sammelbehälter (3) aus einem Zuschnitt (2) geformt wird. Zusammen mit dem Sammelbehälter wird die Gegenstandsgruppe vom Hohldorn entfernt, und schließlich der Kopf des Sammelbehälters verschlossen.
