Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0065186A2] 1. An interlock assembly (1) with at least one lock (2, 3) for at least one locking element (4) of a safe or strongroom door, in which a double-walled screen (8) is provided, the interior of which has a pressure difference relative to the outside environment, and in which at least one additional barring member (12) is provided which can be triggered by a change in pressure in the double-walled screen (8), characterised in that at least the lock housing or lock case wall itself facing the outside of the door is (are) constructed as a double-walled pressure tight screen (8), the interior (9) of the double-walled screen (8) is connected to at least one adjusting member (21) which holds the additional barring member(s) (12) in the open position but releases it (them) into a locking position if there is a change in pressure, and the screen (8) and the adjusting members (21) on which it acts are filled with gas or the like kept under pressure and are connected to a hydraulic pressure system for actuating the locking elements (4) of the door and the locks via at least one non-return valve (23) so that, in the event of any change in pressure in one of the two systems, the adjusting member(s) (21) actuate(s) the additional barring member(s) (12) into a locking position or release(s) it or them for a locking movement.
