A grinding machine in which an electric motor (18) with a grinding wheel (S) is adjustable in various directions on a vertical column (11) and a toolholder support plate (35) is adjustable in various directions on the machine frame (10). In order to machine simple tools (W), such as drills and the like, with a minimum of adjusting means and to thus obtain a simple and inexpensive construction, provision is made according to the invention for the electric motor (18) with grinding wheel (S) to be fastened to a horizontal slide (13) which can be adjusted horizontally to a limited extent on a vertical slide (12) towards and away from the toolholder support plate (35) and can be fixed in selectable positions, for the vertical slide (12) to be vertically adjustable to a limited extent on the column (11) and fixable in selectable positions, for the toolholder support plate (35) to be pivotably mounted on a horizontally directed shaft (30) and lockable in selectable positions, for the shaft (30) to be axially adjustable to a limited extent in a horizontal bearing fixture (27) or fixable in selectable positions, and for the bearing fixture (27) to be part of a rotary table (20) which can be rotated in the machine frame (10) through 360 DEG about a vertical axis of rotation and can be locked in selectable angular positions. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schleifmaschine, bei der an einem vertikalen Ständer (11) ein Elektromotor (18) mit Schleifscheibe (S) und auf dem Maschinengestell (10) eine Werkzeughalterträgerplatte (35) in verschiedenen Richtungen verstellbar sind. Um mit einem Minimum an Verstellmöglichkeiten ein Bearbeiten von einfachen Werkzeugen (W), wie Bohrern und dgl. und damit einen einfachen und kostengünstigen Aufbau zu erreichen, ist nach der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß der Elektromotor (18) mit Schleifscheibe (S) auf einem Horizontalschlitten (13) befestigt ist, der an einem Vertikalschlitten (12) in Richtung von und zu der Werkzeughalter-Trägerplatte (35) begrenzt horizontal verstellbar und in wählbaren Stellungen festlegbar ist, daß der Vertikalschlitten (12) an dem Ständer (11) begrenzt vertikal verstellbar und in wählbaren Stellungen festlegbar ist, daß die Werkzeughalter-Trägerplatte (35) auf einer horizontal gerichteten Welle (30) schwenkbar gelagert und in wählbaren Stellungen arretierbar ist, daß die Welle (30) in einer horizontalen Lageraufnahme (27) begrenzt axial verstellbar bzw. in wählbaren Stellungen festlegbar ist und daß die Lageraufnahme (27) Teil eines Drehtisches (20) ist, der im Maschinengestell (10) um eine vertikale Drehachse um 360° drehbar und in wählbaren Winkelstellungen arretierbar ist.
