Abstract (en)
An extension arm (12) is arranged on a frame (10) in such a way as to be pivotable about an axis (14). At its front end, the extension arm (12) carries a head piece (18) which can be pivoted by means of an actuating cylinder (38) and rotated about its axis by means of a geared motor (50). In the head piece (18), the front end (20) of a hose (22), which front end (20) serves as a spray nozzle, is held in a freely rotatable manner in a holding part (40). The extension arm (12) has a lance (24) axially displaceable in a guide piece (26). Arranged in the interior of the extension arm (12) is a diverting device in order to divert a longitudinal displacement of the lance (24) into a rotary movement transmitted to the hose (22). Due to this rotary movement of the hose (22), wear caused on one side of the diverting surfaces formed in bends of the hose (22) by the considerably abrasive concrete mixture is avoided. The more uniform wear of the hose (22) which is consequently possible enables its life to be prolonged. <IMAGE>

Ein Ausleger (12) ist an einem Gestell (10) um eine Achse (14) schwenkbar angeordnet. An seinem vorderen Ende trägt der Ausleger (12) ein mittels eines Betätigungszylinders (38) schwenkbares und mittels eines Getriebemotors (50) um seine Achse drehbares Kopfstück (18). Im Kopfstück (18) ist das vordere, als Spritzdüse dienende Ende (20) eines Schlauches (22) in einem Halteteil (40) frei drehbar gehalten. Der Ausleger (12) weist eine in einem Führungsstück (26) axial verschiebbare Lanze (24) auf. Im Innern des Auslegers (12) ist eine Umlenkvorrichtung angeordnet, um eine Längsverschiebung der Lanze (24) in eine auf den Schlauch (22) übertragene Drehbewegung umzulenken. Durch diese Drehbewegung des Schlauches (22) wird eine einseitige Abnutzung der in Krümmungen des Schlauches (22) gebildeten Umlenkflächen durch das stark abrasive Betongemisch vermieden. Die dadurch mögliche gleichmäßigere Abnutzung des Schlauches (22) ermöglicht eine Verlängerung seiner Lebensdauer.
