1. Il comprend un socle (101) dans lequel est montée une pompe de liquide dont l'entrée est connectée à un réservoir (102) pour alimenter par un tuyau (104) la pièce à main (103) avec le liquide du réservoir (102) sous forme d'impulsions. La pièce à main contient un moteur hydraulique et elle est agencée pour être équipée des instruments interchangeables tels qu'une brosse à dents (105a), ou une buse nébulisatrice (108) pour les soins du visage et plus particulièrement l'hydratation de la peau, ou une buse d'irrigation buccale (5). La brosse à dents (105a) at la buse nébulisatrice (108) sont entraînées en mouvement oscillant par le moteur hydraulique tandis que la buse d'irrigation buccale (5) reste fixe. L'amplitude d'oscillation de la buse nébulisatrice (108) est inférieure à celle de la brosse à dents (5).
