1. Gas oven for baking, cooking and grilling food for house-hold usage, comprising an oven chamber (4) closable by a door (1) in which hot air is circulated by a fan (20), in which furthermore, for separating the suction side from the pressure side of the fan (20), at least one intermediate plate (18) is fitted and whose bottom (6) is formed at least partially by a bottom plate (16) beneath which a combustion chamber (10), to which an exhaust-gas shaft (12, 13) is connected, and at least one burner are arranged, wherein the combustion chamber (10) and the exhaust-gas chamber are separated from the oven chamber (4) and are sealed against the same in an essentially tight manner, characterized in that the burner is formed by a radiant burner known per se having a burner plate (8, 14), wherein the gas-air mixture is fed to the burner plate (8, 14) with an over-stoichiometric fraction of air at its lower surface, flows through openings in the burner plate (8, 14) and is burnt at the upper surface of the same in the combustion chamber (10), which is sealed against air admission, that the bottom plate (16) is formed by a plate which is diathermic or pervious to infrared radiation, resp., and which covers the combustion chamber (10), and that the intermediate plate (18) in the oven chamber (4) is arranged at a distance from the bottom plate (16) so as to be horizontally removable, in particular extractable, and subdivides the oven chamber (4) into a suction chamber (19) which is connected to the suction side of the fan (20), and a blow-out chamber (36) which is connected to the pressure side of the fan (20).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen gasbeheizten Back-, Brat- und Grillofen für Haushaltszwecke mit einem durch eine Türe (1) abschließbaren Ofenraum (4), in welchem die Heißluft durch ein Gebläse (20) umgewälzt wird und dessen Boden zumindest teilweise von einer Bodenplatte (16) gebildet ist, unterhalb welcher zumindest ein Brenner (8, 14) angeordnet ist. Der Brenner ist von einem Strahlungsbrenner mit einer Brennerplatte gebildet, welcher das Gas-Luft-Gemisch mit überstöchiometrischem Luftanteil von unten zugeführt wird, wobei die Verbrennung an der Oberseite der Brennerplatte erfolgt. Der Ofenraum (4) ist gegenüber dem Verbrennungsraum (10) und dem Abgasraum (12, 13) im wesentlichen dicht abgeschlossen. Die Bodenplatte (16) ist von einer wärmedurchlässigen bzw. für Infrarotstrahlen durchlässigen Platte, beispielsweise einer Glaskeramikplatte, gebildet. Oberhalb der Bodenplatte (16) ist eine entfernbare Zwischenplatte (18) angeordnet. Aus dem Raum (19) zwischen der Bodenplatte und der Zwischenplatte saugt ein Gebläse (20) die erhitzte Luft ab und bläst sie in den Ofenraum (4) oberhalb der Zwischenplatte, wodurch eine Umwälzung der Heißluft im Ofenraum erfolgt. Bei entfernter Zwischenplatte kann der Ofen als Brat- oder Grillofen verwendet werden.
