[origin: WO8202335A1] A transfer device (11) is arranged between a preforming device and a pressing device for pads (17). The long parallel webs of L-shaped pressing jaws (12, 13) have a gag corresponding to the diameter of the pad (17). The short webs of the pressing jaws are aligned with the other jaws. The width of the pressing jaws corresponds at least to the length of the pad (17) and of the drawback band. The transfer device (11) is movable according to a reciprocating motion, perpendicularly to the pressing jaws (12, 13); it has a conduit corresponding to the pressing device in an open position, as well as a gripping channel corresponding to the pressing device in a closed position. A pusher (24) aligned with the transport channel (21) and another pusher (27) aligned with a gripping channel and with the injection channel are connected to the transfer device (11). A cylindrical pusher (26) is arranged behind the pressing device. It may move in the pressing device in a closed position to eject the pad (17) outside the pressing device and put it in the gripping channel.

Un dispositif de transfert (11) est dispose entre un dispositif de preformage et un dispositif de pressage pour tampons (17). Les longues joues paralleles des machoires de pressage en forme de L (12, 13) ont un ecartement correspondant au diametre du tampon (17). Les courtes joues des machoires de pressage sont alignees avec les longues joues des autres machoires. La largeur des machoires de pressage correspond au moins a la longueur du tampon (17) et de la bande de rappel. Le dispositif de transfert (11) est mobile selon un mouvement de va-et-vient, perpendiculairement aux machoires de pressage (12, 13); il presente un conduit correspondant au dispositif de pressage en position ouverte, ainsi qu'un canal de saisie correspondant au dispositif de pressage en position fermee. Un poussoir (24) aligne avec le canal de transport (21) et un autre poussoir (27) aligne avec le canal de saisie et avec le canal d'ejection sont relies au dispositif de transfert (11). Un poussoir cylindrique (26) est dispose derriere le dispositif de pressage. Il peut se deplacer dans le dispositif de pressage en position fermee pour expulser le tampon (17) hors du dispositif de pressage et le mettre dans le canal de saisie.
