Connecting element of metal and plastics, which is exposed alternately to pressure-and tensile stresses, in particular connecting rods or link chains, in which two bearings (3, 4) and a crosspiece (2) for absorbing the pressure forces-from a closed belt loop (1) - for absorbing the tensile forces - are enclosed in form-fit manner and are held together, characterised in that at least one bearing (5) is divided along a plane (13) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (14) of the crosspiece (2), and in that the part (9) of the bearing (5) which is adjacent to the crosspiece is constructed in one piece with this, and in that the separated parts are held together in force fit manner by means of prestressing by the resilient prefabricated belt loop (1) which in the relaxed state can not be laid round these parts.

Das hybride Verbindungsglied für wechselnde Druck- und Zugbeanspruchung ist insbesondere als Pleuel oder Schäkel geeignet. Es besteht aus zwei Lagerkörpern (3 und 4) zwischen denen ein Steg (2) für die Druckbelastung angeordnet ist. Alle drei Teile (2, 3, 4) werden von einer unter Vorspannung stehenden, zur Aufnahme von Zugbelastung dienenden Schlaufe (1) form- und kraftschlüssig zusammengehalten. Die Schlaufe (1) besteht z.B. aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff. Der Lagerkörper (3, 4) kann in zwei Teile oder Hälften quer zur Längsachse (6, 7) aufgeteilt sein, die zur Verhinderung einer relativen Bewegung jeweils keil- und nutenförmig ausgebildete Stossflächen aufweisen. Dabei kann die eine Hälfte (6) einstückig mit dem Steg (2) ausgebildet sein.
