[origin: US4466451A] A highly-porous silica gel charged with 10% by weight of anethole and 20% by weight of deactivating agent is used in the tip of a cigarette in order to aromatize the smoke drawn from the cigarette in a simple way with anethole even after prolonged storage of the cigarette.

Um den aus einer Zigarette abgesogenen Rauch auch nach längerer Lagerung der Zigarette auf einfache Weise mit Anethol zu aromatisieren, wird ein mit 10 Gew.-% Anethol und 20 Gew.-% Desaktivierungsmittel beladenes hochporöses Silikagel im Mundstück der Zigarette verwendet.
