[origin: EP0069449A2] In a pressure centrifuge for recovering protein from bones under recycling of the protein solution, the cover (11) of the centrifuge bowl is provided with an aperture without tightening members through which aperture water or recycled protein solution is introduced into the interior of the centrifuge bowl. This represents a more simple construction of the centrifuge than hitherto regarded as possible for centrifuges for said purpose.
