Abstract (en)
1. An espagnolette lock for a door, window or the like, comprising a top-plate (8) integral with the opening leaf, at least a working rod (4) provided with bolting means (5, 6, 7) co-operating with some striking-plates integral with the frame, a door-knob hole-piece (21) acting upon the working rod (4), said door-knob hole-piece being returned into the resting position after operating of said working rod, this working rod (4) undergoing a return into a bolting position by means of a resilient element (32) and being immobilizable in an unbolting position by means of a hooking device (42), characterized in that the resilient element (32) is submitted to a prestress by means of a regulating device (34 to 41) comprising a regulating element (39) co-operating with an aperture (41) made in the top-plate (8) and being accessible from the front face (55) of the head (8).

Crémone, en particulier crémone-serrure pour porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogue présentant, dans un boîtier renfermant un mécanisme [3] et étant pourvu d'une têtière solidaire de l'ouvrant, un fouillot [21] rappelé en position de repos après actionnement d'au moins une tringle [4] coulissante pourvue d'éléments de verrouillage [5, 6, 7] coopérant avec des gâches solidaires du dormant, la tringle coulissante [4] étant soumise à un rappel en position de verrouillage par un élément élastique [32] et immobilisable en position de déverrouillage au moyen d'un dispositif d'accrochage [42] dont l'élément élastique [32] est soumis à une précontrainte par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de réglage [34 à 41].
