1. Apparatus for manufacturing packages from films which can be sealed, welded or stuck, having at least one film conveying arrangement and devices for shaping and/or filling and/or sealing and/or separating the packages, and in which the film conveying arrangement comprises a preferably horizontally arranged frame, which can be reciprocated by means of a motor-driven crank and a pusher rod, and the said frame also suppots the device for shaping and/or filling and the like, characterised in that a transmission is provided between the crank (28) and the motor (6) which drives the crank, which imparts different angular velocities to the crank (28) during a complete revolution, so that the frame (2) can be displaced forwards and backwards via the connecting rod (5) at differing mean speeds, wherein a shaft (30) which supports the crank (28) has an eccentric (32) with an eccentric rod (40) which is connected to a crank arm (39), which arm can be pivoted about a fixed axle (33), and a disc (34) or crank, which can be driven by a motor (6), is provided coaxially with the shaft (33) of the crank arm (39) so as to pivot about the said axle (33), and has, preferably in its outer edge region, a shaft (35), which is mounted so as to pivot freely within the disc (34), having at least two pinions (36, 37), one pinion (36) being connected to the crank arm (39) and the other pinion (37) being connected to a back-gearing arrangement (44-43-45) which acts upon the shaft (30) of the crank (28), such that, during one half of a complete revolution of the crank (28), the transmission can be imparted with an acceleration and during the other half with a retardation.

Um bei Verpackungsmaschinen zum Herstellen von Packungen aus siegel- und/oder schweißbaren Folien, die einen hin und her schwingenden Rahmen (2) aufweisen, über welchen einerseits der Folientransport bewirkt wird und der anderseits die einzelnen Bearbeitungsstationen (9, 10, 11, 15) für die Herstellung, das Füllen und Verschließen und Trennen der Packungen trägt, höhere Taktgeschwindigkeiten zu erreichen, wird dieser Rahmen (2) mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten angetrieben, so daß er seinen einen Weg mit einer höheren, den Rückweg jedoch seiner schwingenden Bewegung mit einer geringeren Geschwindigkeit zurücklegt. Der Rahmen (2) wird über eine Schubstange (5) und einen Kurbelarm (28) hin und her bewegt. Zur Erreichung des genannten Zweckes ist die die Kurbel (28) tragende Welle mit einem Exzenter verbunden, der einem diese Welle antreibenden Vorgelege während einer vollen Umdrehung derselben periodisch eine Beschleunigung wie auch eine Verzögerung überlagert.
