Abstract (en)

The three-tone buzzer (1) consists of a transducer (2) which is provided with a piezoelectric layer (3). This transducer (2) subdivides the housing of the three-tone buzzer (1) into two part- volumes (4, 6) which, together with the sound outlet openings (5, 7), form the two Helmholtz resonators. This results in three periodic signals with low energy consumption and high acoustic power (>90dB). Such a component is particularly suitable for outputting signals in telephone systems, intercom systems or as a replacement for bells. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Der Dreitongeber (1) besteht aus einem Wandler (2), der mit einer piezoelektrischen Schicht (3) versehen ist. Dieser Wandlung (2) unterteilt das Gehäuse des Dreitongebers (1) in zwei Teilvolumina (4, 6), die mit den Schallaustrittsöffnungen (5, 7) die beiden Helmholtz-Resonatoren bilden. Somit werden drei periodische Signale bei geringem Energieverbrauch und hoher akustischer Leistung ( > 90 dB) erzielt. Ein solches Bauelement eignet sich insbesondere, zur Aufgabe von Signalen bei Fernsprechanlagen, Wechselsprechanlagen oder als Ersatz für Klingeln.
