Abstract (en)
The formwork system for high buildings, which combines the static values of monolithic concrete walls with high thermal and acoustic insulating values and economic advantages, consists of rigid-foam mantle boards (f) which are braced not from the outside inwards at certain points throughout, but indirectly, over a large area in terms of formwork, via prestressed spring plate elements (a, d). As a result, sufficient resistance is offered to the concrete contact pressure. Heat/cold bridges are prevented due to the rigid-foam mantle formwork extending over the steel-wire prestressing hooks (d). Two dimensionally matching rigid-foam mantle boards (f) and one prestressed spring plate element (a, d) are in each case fitted together, for transportation, to form a compact unit in such a way that damage to the rigid-foam mantle boards (f) is prevented. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das Schalungssystem für Hochbauten, das die statischen Werte monolithischer Betonwände mit hohen thermischen und akustischen Dämmwerten und wirtschaftlichen Vorteilen verbindet, besteht aus Hartschaum-Mantelplatten (f), die nicht von außen nach innen durchgehend punktuell, sondern über vorgespannte Federplattenelemente (a, d) indirekt großflächig schalungsmäßig verspannt werden. Dadurch wird dem Betonandruck ein ausreichender Widerstand entgegengesetzt. Durch übergreifen der Hartschaummantelschalung über die Stahldrahtspannhaken (d) werden Wärme-/Kältebrücken vermieden. Je zwei maßlich zusammenpassende Hartschaum-Mantelplatten (f) und ein vorgespanntes Federplattenelement (a, d) werden für den Transport zu einem Kompaktpaket so zusammengesteckt, daß Beschädigungen an den Hartschaum-Mantelplatten (f) vermieden werden.
