Compounds of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R1 represents alkyl having 8 to 22 C atoms, -(Z)n- represents an oxalkyl or polyoxalkyl radical having n oxethyl and/or oxpropyl units, R2, R3 and R4 represent alkyl having 1 to 4 C atoms, a radical -(Z)n-, or R2 also represents hydrogen, R5 represents alkyl or alkenyl having 8 to 24 C atoms, m represents a number from 2 to 6, n represents 0 or a number from 1 to 10, y represents a number from 1 to 4 and A represents chloride or bromide. These compounds are used as fabric conditioners. They are prepared by first reacting an alkanesulphonyl chloride with a polyamine and subsequently reacting the product with a halogenoacetic acid ester.

Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I <IMAGE> in der R1 Alkyl mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, -(Z)n- einen Oxalkyl- oder Polyoxalkylrest mit n Oxethyl- und/ oder Oxpropyleinheiten, R2, R3 und R4 Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen, einen Rest -(Z)n- oder R2 auch Wasserstoff, R5 Alkyl oder Alkenyl mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen, m eine Zahl von 2 bis 6, n 0 oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 10, y eine Zahl von 1 bis 4 und A Chlorid oder Bromid bedeuten. Diese Verbindungen dienen als Wäscheweichspülmittel. Sie werden hergestellt, indem man zunächst ein Alkansulfonchlorid mit einem Polyamin und anschliessend mit einen Halogenessigsäureester umsetzt.
