1. A pilgrim-type cold rolling mill and with mobile housing, comprising a frame associated with the rolling mill which slides laterally relative to said rolling mill and thus allows withdrawal of the integral assembly of rolls and their associated mechanisms, characterized in that rocking means constituted by a cradle mounted on a spindle or on rollers, are capable of acting on the said frame with its assembly of rolls and their associated mechanisms so as to incline the plane containing the axes of the rolls until this plane reaches the desired inclination.

Laminoir à pas de pélerin associé à un bâti (16) permettant l'extraction latérale de l'ensemble des cylindres (12-12') avec leurs frettes (20-20'). Ce bâti comporte des moyens de basculement (17-18-26-27) qui permettent de présenter les cylindres (12-12') dans un plan horizontal pour changement d'outillage. Le dispositif sera particulièrement utilisé pour l'exploitation des laminoirs à pas de pélerin où il y a lieu de changer fréquemment les frettes (20-20') en forme de demi-coquille.
