[origin: WO8300605A1] Helmet without chin-strap (11) fitted with a fastening device comprising, either a flexible bead (1) forming a collar around the neck of the user, bound to the shell by flexible elements (18, 2-3) allowing the opening by resilient deformation of the bead and acting as a dampener in case of a shock of the slice of the bead against the neck of the user, or a rigid bead in at least two portions hinged each to a vertical axis carried by an extension of the base of the shell, or a rigid skirt prolonging the base of the shell and formed at least by a semi-skirt sliding in a plane parallel to that of the base of the shell. A system of buckles (26) having the functions of articulation axis, anti-theft device, locking and blocking device is associated to such helmets.

Casque sans jugulaire (11) équipé d'un dispositif d'assujettissement consistant - soit en un bourrelet flexible (1) formant collier autour du cou de l'utilisateur, lié à la coque par des éléments souples (18, 2-3) permettant l'ouverture par déformation élastique du bourrelet et remplissant un rôle d'amortisseur en cas de choc de la tranche du bourrelet contre le cou de l'utilisateur, - soit en un bourrelet rigide en au moins deux parties articulées chacune sur un axe vertical porté par un prolongement de la base de la coque, - soit en une jupe rigide prolongeant la base de la coque et formée d'au moins une demi-jupe coulissant dans un plan parallèle à celui de la base de la coque. Un système de boucles (26) remplissant les fonctions d'axe d'articulation, d'antivol, de dispositif de verrouillage et de blocage du verrouillage est associé à de tels casques.
