1. Automatic switch with a movable contact carrier (12), which is borne in a locally fixed rotational centre (15) and, which is actuable by way of a switch lock (21) and separately interlockable by way of a spring-loaded interlocking mechanism, characterised by the following features : a) the free ends of a locking lever (2D) end of a tensioning lever (18) borne in the locally fixed rotational centre (15) are each articulatedly connected with the other by way of a sliding member (19), b) the movable contact carrier (12) is provided with a sliding surface (25), which extends in switching direction (34) and forms a sliding guide for the sliding member (19) lying against under the pressure of a spring (32), c) a projection (30), which is provided on the sliding surface (25) in the region near the switch lock, together with the sliding member (19) forms an interlocking place and d) the rotational angle of the tensioning lever (18) is somewhat greater than the opening angle, bounded by an abutment (16), of the movable contact carrier (12).
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Selbstschalter mit einem in einem ortsfesten Drehpunkt gelagerten beweglichen Kontaktträger, der über ein Schaltschloß betätigbar und über einen federbelasteten Verklinkungsmechanismus gesondert verklinkbar ist, soll der Verklinkungsmechanismus verbessert werden. Dies erfolgt dadurch, daß a. die freien Enden eines Schloßhebels und eines im Drehpunkt gelagerten Spannhebels über ein Gleitstück gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, b. der bewegliche kontaktträger mit einer in Schaltrichtung verlaufenden Gleitfläche versehen ist, die für das unter Federdruck anliegende Gleitstück eine Gleitführung bildet, c. ein auf der Geitfläche im schaltschloßnahen Bereich vorgesehener Vorsprung mit dem Gleitstück eine Verklinkungsstelle bildet und d. der Drehwinkel des Spannhebels etwa größer ist als der durch einen Anschlag begrenzte Öffnungswinkel des beweglichen Kontaktträgers.
