[origin: WO8202920A1] The aim is to provide an insulating double glazing without putty comprising two or three glass sheets, which may be manufactured on an industrial scale according to the dimensions of the frame of a window leaf with a very large empty space between the panes for a maximum protection against heat and noise, for which the installation of curtains, bars, panes burglers and bullets proof or similar is possible, wherein the filling of the empty space between the panes through valves with a dry gas as well as the visual control by a built-in indicator is effected, without loosing the possibility of repearing by changing a defective pane and of filling the empty space between the panes. Solution: A frame (1) comprising a special profile of elastomer surrounds and separates the edges of the pane (6) and forms the glazing, which is itself surrounded with a structural support frame (7) having accurate dimensions and is spot-welded at the angles (17), and compressed by the coggable slide sections (11) by means of a press producing a high pressure to form the double glazing ready to be mounted and transportable. Two vacuum valves (8) between the panes and an indicator (10) insure the filling with a dry gas as well as a continuous control of the gas state which is also repetitive after the period of guarantee. The cogging of the sections (11) is dismontable by mechanical operations, which allows a window pane to be changed.

Le but est la creation d'un double vitrage isolant sans mastic comportant deux ou trois feuilles de verre fabricable industriellement d'apres les dimensions du cadre d'un vantail de fenetre avec un vide entre les vitres tres grand pour une protection maximale contre la chaleur et le bruit, pour lequel l'installation de rideaux, de croisillons, de carreaux a l'epreuve des cambrioleurs et des balles ou analogues est possible, dans lequel le remplissage du vide entre les vitres par deux soupapes avec un gaz sec ainsi que le controle visuel par un indicateur incorpore est realise, sans perdre la possibilite de reparation par l'echange d'une vitre defectueuse et de remplissage du vide entre les vitres. Solution: Un cadre (1) comportant un profil special en elastomere entoure et separe les bords des vitres (6) et forme le vitrage, lui-meme entoure d'un cadre profile de support (7) aux dimensions exactes et soude par points aux angles (17), et comprime par les profiles lateraux encliquetables (11) a l'aide d'une presse produisant une forte pression pour former le double vitrage pret au montage et transportable. Deux soupapes (8) par vide entre les vitres et un indicateur (10) garantissent le remplissage avec un gaz sec ainsi qu'un controle continu de l'etat du gaz, qui est aussi repetitif apres l'ecoulement du temps de garantie. L'encliquetage des profiles (11) est demontable par des operations mecaniques, ce qui permet l'echange d'une vitre.
