An insulating composite building brick in a total of three forms: normal, angle and special block. In this brick, bearing, insulating and frontal element are connected by two, or in the case of the angle block, by four plastic rods. To prevent the insulating material slipping off and to prevent cold bridges, as well as to carry out main and frost-resistant masonry work together with insulation, in one operation, two bricks with insulating material placed in between are connected to form one building element. To compensate for the mortar-joint difference, the insulating layer protrudes by 2 to 2.5 cm at the points of connection. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Vollwärmeschutz-Verbund-Ziegel in insgesamt drei Ausführungen als Normal-, Eck- und Sonderstein, wobei der Vollwärmeschutz-Verbund-Ziegel als Normalstein den unabhängigen, der Eck- und Sonderstein die abgeleiteten Patentansprüche darstellen. Bei diesem Ziegel ist tragendes, isolierendes und vorgesetztes Element durch zwei bzw. im Falle des Ecksteines durch vier Kunststoffstäbe verbunden. Zur Vermeidung des Abrutsches des Isolationsstoffes und von Kältebrücken sowie zur Durchführung von Haupt- und Vormauerung samt Isolation in einem Arbeitsgang wurden zwei Ziegel mit dazwischen eingebrachtem Isolationsmaterial zu einem Bauelement verbunden. Zum Ausgleich der Mörtelfugendifferenz steht die Isolationsschicht an den Anschlußstellen 2 bis 2,5 cm vor.
