[origin: ES8401160A1] A composite floor covering product comprising a layer of low-porosity support material, such as asbestos, is produced by a process comprising the steps of (a) perforating a low-porosity support material, (b) coating a compact PVC plastisol precoat onto at least one face of the perforated low-porosity support, and (c) finishing the product with various coatings and decorations, comprising at least one fusing or gelling stage.

En vue de l'obtention d'un produit composite ayant des propriétés améliorées d'adhésivité et de résistance au délaminage d'une feuille de matière peu poreuse, destiné notamment à servir de revêtement de sol, le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes: perforation d'un support, enduction d'un plastisol (precoat) compact sur au moins une face du support perforé et élaboration du produit de manière en soi connue par enductions diverses et décor comportant au moins une étape de gélification ou de prégélification.
