Eine Dauerform, insbesondere eine metallische Kokille weist zur Befestigung der Speisereinsätze auf dem Gußstück einen Spalt zwischen Kokille und Speisereinsatz auf. Beim Gießvorgang dringt Flüssgmetall in den Spalt ein un erstarrt schlagartig. Die so gebildete dünne Büchse stellt eine feste Verbindung zwischen dem Gußstück und dem Speiser bzw. Speisereinsatz her. Dadurch kann das Gußstück frühzeitig aus der Kokille entnommen werden.
