1. Blood bag having an interconnection system, containing a coupling (5), consisting of connecting portion (7), break-off portion (8), locus of fracture (9), and, if desired, collar (6), the coupling (5) being joined directly to the blood bag (1) such that it is situated directly at the upper edge of the bag and terminates substantially even therewith, the break-off portion (8) extending into the bag such that the break-off portion (8) will be inside of the bag after it is broken off, characterized in that the break-off portion (8) is formed of a material which has a lower density than blood.

Das Verbindungssystem enthält ein Verbindungsstück (5) aus Verbindungsteil (7), Abbrechteil (8), Sollbruchstelle und ggfs. Kragen, wobei das Verbindungsstück (5) unmittelbar mit dem Blutbeutel verbunden ist, derart, daß es sich direkt an der oberen Beutelkante befindet und mit dieser im wesentlichen bündig abschließt, wobei Abbrechteil (8) in den Beutel hineinragt, so daß das Abbrechteil (8) nach dem Abbrechen im Beutelinneren vorliegt. Das Verbindungssystem dient der Verbindung von Blutbeuteln in einem Mehrfachblutbeutelsystem und verschließt bis zur Ingebrauchnahme die einzelnen Beute untereinander.
