[origin: US4515537A] A dosing pump (1) is produced, with which a precise dosing is possible as a function of the time or of a flow rate. The dosing pump (1) operates with a preliminary transport obtained by means of a diaphragm (11). The stroke volume of the diaphragm (11) is greater than the volume of the pipe element present between a preliminary transport chamber (9) and a dosed medium tank (16). It is thereby made possible to omit a return pipe and a suction valve and a pressure valve.

Es wird eine Dosierpumpe (1) geschaffen, mit der eine in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit oder von einer Durchflußmenge genaue Dosierung möglichist. Die Dosierpumpe (1) arbeitet mit einer mittels einer Membran (11) erreichten Vorförderung. Das Hubvolumen der Membran (11) ist größer als das Volumen des zwischen einem Vorförderraum (9) und einem Dosiermittelbehälter (16) befindlichen Leitungsvolumens. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß auf eine Rücklaufleitung und auf ein Saug- und ein Druckventil verzichtet werden kann.
