Abstract (en)
An armless sofa (or arm-chair)-bed of the kind comprising a three-fold foldable upholstered padded structure (2) which, standing folded, provides an armless long seat (A) or an arm-chair and flattened out provides a couch, characterized by a space (11) saving pedestal (1) to receive a drawer (3) for bedding (d). The drawer bottom (31) is provided with swingable wheels (33) to run it on the floor in and out of pedestal (13). The bottom wall of mattress-like padding (2) is centrally fastened with ropes (5) or the like to the structure (1) so that its margins (20) may be raised for dressing with bed-clothing (4).
