A device (10) for removing ashes from a tunnel kiln car (2) loaded with burned bricks consists of a large number of nozzles (11) and suction channels (13) arranged directly in the tunnel kiln (1), by means of which the ash lying on the tunnel kiln car (2) and on the charge (4) is blown and sucked off. In this manner, the ash arising in coal firing is easy to remove, without the bricks dirtied with ash leaving the tunnel kiln and dirtying being caused in the brickworks (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Entaschen eines mit gebrannten Formlingen bestückten Tunnelofenwagens (2) besteht aus einer Mehrzahl unmittelbar im Tunnelofen (1) angeordneten Düsen (11) und Absaugkanälen (13), mittels denen die auf dem Tunnelofenwagen (2) und dem Besatz (4) lagernde Asche abgeblasen und abgesaugt wird. Auf diese Weise ist die bei Kohlefeuerungen anfallende Asche leicht zu beseitigen, ohne daß mit Asche verschmutzte Formlinge aus dem Tunnelofen gelangen und Verschmutzungen im Ziegelwerk hervorgerufen werden.
