1. Hair curler with an elongate winding body (14), on which the hairs are to be fixed with the aid of a tensioning band (2, 3, 13) to be stretched between the longitudinal ends (15, 16) of the winding body at spigots (11, 12), wherein the spigots (11, 12) are during casting moulded to the ends of the tensioning band and constructed as coupling and closure elements for insertion in receptacle holes (17, 18) provided at the end faces of the winding body, characterised thereby, that the winding body (14) is hollow-moulded and the openings, which arise at its end faces due to mould cores, are used as receptacles holes (17, 18) for the spigots (11, 12) and that the tensioning band (2, 3, 13) is produced by an injection-moulding process from a rubber-elastic polyurethane (PUR) to be processed thermoplastically and the elasticity of the material of the tensioning band (2, 3, 13) is to be augmented by elasticity of shape, in particular through moulded-in holes (5, 7) with rim strips (4, 6) of substantially uniform width.
Abstract (de)
Der Haarwellwickler besteht aus einem langgestreckten Wickelkörper (14) und einem Spannband (13). Auf dem Wikkelkörper (14) sind die Haare mit Hilfe des zwischen den Wickelkörperlängsenden (15, 16) an Zapfen zu kuppelnden Spannbandes (13) festzulegen. Der Aufwand zum Herstellen des Wickelkörpers (14) und des Spannbandes (13) soll vermindert und die chemische Beständigkeit gegenüber dem Wellmittel erhöht werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein aus einem dauer-thermoplastischen Polyurethan-"Elastomer" nach dem Spritzgußverfahren hergestelltes Spannband (13) mit beim Spritzgießen geformten Kupplungsmitteln, insbesondere angeformten Zapfen (11, 12), zum Befestigen der Haare am Wickelkörper (14) vorgesehen.
