[origin: US4519608A] A tennis training device worn by a player and comprising a telescopic and orientable rod-attached to a wide belt-in the dorsal region-thereof and bearing at its end an obstacle-the position of which is adjusted in order to define the place where the player's racket is required to come to rest in the correct execution of a stroke of a definite type. The player is immediately aware, by a direct physical sensation, whether or not he has executed the stroke correctly.
