L'invention est relative à un procédé pour la teinture et/ou l'impression des fibres cellulosiques et de ses mélanges avec fibres synthétiques, mercerisées abec une lessive alcaline, au cours duquel on conserve totalement ou en partie la lessive de mercerisage subsistant sur la fibre cellulosique mercerisée ou caustifié ou ses mélanges, en attendant la teinture ou l'impression des fils ou tissus.
