In a process for the continuous preparation of hydrocarbon oil from coal by pressure hydrocracking in two stages, ground coal is pasted together with finely dispersed catalysts and with oil mixture in the first stage, the paste and the hydrogen are heated under a pressure from 200 to 700 bar up to 380 to 440 DEG C, pass through one or more reaction chambers and hydrogenated (liquid phase), and the gaseous and liquid reaction products are separated from the solid products in hot separators, passed through one or more reaction chambers provided with fixed-bed hydrogenation catalysts and hydrogenated once more (gas phase). The improvement comprises using the effluent, requiring treatment, from the overall plant as the gasifying agent, for producing the hydrogenation hydrogen, by partial oxidation of coal and/or of coal- and bitumen-containing hydrogenation residue.

Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Kohlenwasserstoffölen aus Kohle durch spaltende Druckhydrierung in zwei Stufen. In der ersten Stufe wird gemahlene Kohle zusammen mit fein verteilten Katalysatoren mit Öl-Gemisch angetrieben, der Brei und der Wasserstoff unter Druck von 200 bis 700 bar auf 380 bis 440°C aufgeheizt, durch einen oder mehrere Reaktionsräume geleitet, hydriert (Sumpfphase), die gasförmigen und flüssigen Reaktionsprodukte in Heißabscheidern von den festen getrennt, durch einen oder mehrere, mit fest angeordneten Hydrier-Katalysatoren versehene Reaktionsräume geleitet und abermals hydriert (Gasphase). Die Verbesserung besteht darin, daß man das behandlungsbedürftige Abwasser aus der Gesamtanlage als Vergasungsmittel für die Herstellung des Hydrierwasserstoffes, durch partielle Oxidation von Kohle und/oder kohle- und bitumenhaltigen Hydrierrückstand, verwendet.
