[origin: ES8307431A1] A two-circuit automatic hotplate has a switch, which can be controlled both by a bimetallic strip of a power control device and by an expansion member of a hydraulic temperature sensor. The control heating system of the bimetallic strip is in series with a cooking heating system of the hotplate. The electric power levels of the cooking heating systems are preferably selected in such a way that, wherever possible, a current of the same level flows through the control heating system for the bimetallic strip, so that the same bimetallic strip can always be used.

Eine Zweikreis-Automatikkochplatte (11) besitzt einen Schalter (19) der sowohl von einem Bimetallstreifen (29) eines Leistungssteuergerätes als auch von einer Ausdehnungsdose (16) eines Hydrauliktemperaturfühlers (14) beeinflußbar ist. Die Steuerbeheizung (30) des Bimetallstreifens (29) liegt in Reihe mit einer Kochbeheizung (12) der Kochplatte (11). Die elektrischen Leistungen der Kochbeheizungen (12, 13) sind vorzugsweise derart gewählt, daß bei allen Möglichkeiten die Steuerbeheizung (30) für den Bimetallstreifen (29) von einem Strom in derselben Höhe durchflossen wird, so daß für alle möglichen Falle immer der gleiche Bimetallstreifen (29) verwendet werden kann.
